This is an opportunity for a Project Manager OR an Assistant Project Manager (with solid experience) to join a well-established property business delivering projects across multi-residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail and industrial sectors. With a significant pipeline currently in planning and construction, the business is continuing to expand its project delivery team. You will work closely with experienced senior leaders and gain exposure across the full lifecycle of development and delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being involved in the detail of how projects come together. The Opportunity: Working closely with senior leadership and the project delivery team, you will contribute across the full project lifecycle, supporting the successful delivery of projects from early design through construction completion. This is a client-facing role where your ability to manage consultants, coordinate stakeholders and drive project outcomes will be key to success. Responsibilities will include: Managing projects across the planning, design and construction phases Coordinating consultants and overseeing design development Managing authority approvals and statutory processes Overseeing procurement and supporting contract administration Monitoring programmes, budgets and project reporting Leading or supporting PCG meetings and stakeholder coordination Supporting the delivery of projects through to completion and addressing defects The role provides exposure across multiple asset classes and project scales, offering strong foundations for continued career progression. The Foundation for Success: You will bring experience within client-side project management or property development, with the capability to manage projects through key delivery phases. If you have experience in delivering apartment, retirement living, or aged care projects, this would be advantageous. You will have: Australian experience in project management consultancy or property development Exposure to projects across design, approvals and construction delivery Experience coordinating consultants and contractors Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills Clear communication and commercial awareness Degree qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering or related discipline Above all, you will bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to contribute positively within a collaborative team environment.
