About the company A long-established, mid-sized commercial builder with more than 50 years in the industry is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a multi-level $50M aged care development in the Bayside area. Known for sustainable growth, strong leadership visibility, and a genuine people-first culture, this builder delivers aged care, seniors living, schools, community and local government projects ranging from $2.5M to $60M. This is a key site leadership role overseeing one of the business’s flagship projects, with a solid pipeline of negotiated D&C and ECI-conversion work behind it. About the role Lead on-site delivery for a $50M multi-level aged care facility, overseeing all site operations through to handover. Manage subcontractors, site safety, programming, QA, commissioning and client communication. Drive quality outcomes, particularly important given the technical, compliance-driven nature of aged care. Work closely with an experienced PM team Saturdays are on a rotating basis; RDOs are managed flexibly within the site team. About you: Proven Site Manager on projects $30M–$50M (Senior SMs or Senior PMs with strong site exposure also considered). Experience in aged care/seniors living is highly regarded due to the detailed compliance requirements. Strong people management, communication and subcontractor coordination skills. Confident with short-term programming and problem solving. Candidates from Tier 1 & Tier 2 backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
