About the role You’ll be joining a collaborative operations team responsible for managing the daily flow of physical and electronic correspondence across the business. Your work ensures that advisers, administrators, and internal teams receive the information they need—accurately, promptly, and in line with service standards. Alongside mailroom operations, you’ll gain exposure to broader portfolio administration tasks, including reconciliations, transaction processing, and corporate actions. This is a role where attention to detail matters, and where your ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and build strong internal relationships will set you up for success.
