This role is perfect for someone who loves being a true strategic partner - someone who brings clarity, calm, and great judgment to a fast-moving environment. You’ll anticipate needs, stay a few steps ahead, and can confidently manage priorities. Experienced EA who works as a strategic partner, using strong judgment and staying ahead of shifting priorities across professional and personal scheduling. Ideally bringing 5 years supporting senior leaders. You’re steady in the chaos, bringing clarity and calm even when things move quickly. Exceptional organisation, time management, communication, and people skills. The ability to solve problems, think proactively, and build strong relationships at all levels. Confidence working both independently and as part of a team, with the flexibility to adapt quickly when things change. Strong planning skills, especially when coordinating activities and experiences across different regions and locations. Telco knowledge is a bonus, but not essential. How will you support our “Why?” Support the GCTO and senior leaders by coordinating key meetings, forums, schedules, and day‑to‑day operations to keep everything running seamlessly. Coordinate team events, travel, and logistics across regions, including bookings, room setups, and virtual meeting support. Provide personal support to the GCTO when needed, managing ad‑hoc tasks with care and discretion. Be flexible when occasional out‑of‑hours support is required. Act as a professional, friendly first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions to keep things moving. Work closely with the EA team to support other chiefs and help deliver great company events. Keep information organised, up to date, and easy to find.
