We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a growing business providing innovative solutions to the high-end residential and luxury automotive industries. This is a small, dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business and play a key role in coordinating projects across Australia. Based in Canning Vale and offering flexible working hours, this hands-on role will support tender processes, manage contracts, coordinate equipment sourcing, ensure regulatory compliance, and help shape internal processes as the business continues to grow. Working closely with the owner and an existing Contracts Administrator, the ideal candidate will have prior contract administration experience in construction and will enjoy being involved throughout the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Support Sales and Project Management with equipment sourcing, tender processing, and quote evaluation. • Draft, review, and manage contracts, assisting with negotiations. • Ensure regulatory compliance by preparing permits and authorisations as required. • Prepare HSEQ documentation and bill of materials reports for new projects. • Collaborate on project planning, budgeting, and progress reporting. • Assist with improving systems, processes, and internal operations across the business. Key Requirements: Experience in contract and/or project administration, ideally within construction, industrial, or technical sectors. • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, growing team environment. • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. • Proficient in MS Office, with familiarity in job costing software advantageous. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Proactive, hands-on, and willing to take initiative across a variety of tasks.
