About the Role Join the Carlton North team at our flagship service where children are immersed in nature in our large outdoor space in the heart of the community. The Early Learning Manager (Centre Director) is responsible for ensuring the Carlton North service delivers a high-quality educational program that is responsive to children, families and the local community. Working closely with the Assistant Manager and Educational Leaders, they will lead, coach and develop their team of educators and teachers and nurture a positive work environment, ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children and staff, and ensures the service is efficient, effective and sustainable. They will join a group of experienced and dedicated Early Learning Managers across our 9 services, contributing to the continuous growth of the organisation.
