Position: OpenText Functional Consultant Australian Citizens with Baseline Security Clearance Role Overview: The OpenText Functional Consultant will work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional OpenText solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders • Configure OpenText modules based on business needs • Support solution design and functional documentation • Work closely with technical teams during implementation • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training • Provide functional support during and after implementation Required Skills & Experience: • Experience working with OpenText solutions • Strong functional understanding of document/content management systems • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements • Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders • Experience in government projects preferred • Baseline Security Clearance required
