Position: Technical Consultant (OpenText) Australian Citizens with Baseline Security Clearance We are seeking an experienced OpenText Technical Consultant / Lead with strong expertise in OpenText migrations and EDRMS solutions to support Govt. project. The role will lead technical design, migration activities, and guide the development team to deliver OpenText solutions aligned with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and support migration of documents and records into OpenText platforms • Provide technical leadership to developers and technical consultants • Design integration and data migration strategies • Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions • Ensure best practices for system configuration, performance, and security • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to the team • Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities Required Skills & Experience: • Strong experience with OpenText platforms and solutions • Proven experience in OpenText migrations and EDRMS implementations • Experience leading technical teams on enterprise projects • Knowledge of system integration, configuration, and data migration • Experience working on government or large enterprise projects preferred • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Baseline Security Clearance required
