Job Description Minor Hotels is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Operations team in a 12-month Project Support role. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to key system integrations and operational excellence across our hotel portfolio. What You Will Do As part of the Operations team, you will: Assist with Opera Cloud - OpenTrust integrations, including requirements capture, data mapping, system build, and post-cutover support. Support other application integrations, such as Payment Gateways and Hotel Support Systems, ensuring data accuracy and operational readiness. Create and maintain reference guides and knowledgebase articles, leveraging Opera Cloud learning resources and adhering to internal and compliance standards. Provide ongoing support for Opera Cloud & OpenTrust, including incident triage, configuration queries, and environment tasks. Coordinate fixes and improvements with vendors and internal developers. Apply Minor Hotels security and acceptable use policies, safeguarding customer data in line with ISMS and PCI practices. Act as a liaison between hotel teams, Finance/Operations, Commercial, and IT, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
