Client Service Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as a primary point of contact. Deliver timely updates on tax and advisory matters. Assist with onboarding and relationship management for new and existing clients. Support Senior Accountants/Directors in key meetings, including annual reviews and strategy sessions. Proactively communicate with clients to resolve queries and provide value-added advice. Technical Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for all entity types. Lead BAS, IAS, FBT, STP, and payroll tax preparation and compliance. Liaise with the ATO and external providers. Oversee bookkeeping tasks in Xero/cloud software, including reconciliations, payroll, and AP/AR. Assist in complex advisory, tax planning, and business structuring work. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all technical assignments. Team Participation & Development Mentor and support Junior Accountants.
