With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality delivery, they are now seeking an experienced Company / Management Accountant to take ownership of their finance function. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands construction, thrives in a project-based environment, and can confidently manage both the numbers and the people behind them. The Role Reporting directly to the Director and General Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day financial operations while providing commercial support across multiple active projects and entities. You’ll be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, managing cashflow, supporting project reporting, and leading the administration team to deliver a high standard of output across the business. Key Responsibilities End-to-end financial management including AP, AR, payroll and reconciliations Cashflow forecasting, monitoring and reporting Preparation of monthly P&L, balance sheet and supporting schedules Management and accuracy of WIP, accruals, prepayments and project cost data Supporting project teams with financial insights and reporting Overseeing ERP system (JobPac preferred) and maintaining data integrity Leading and managing administration staff and site admins Liaising with external accountants for compliance and reporting About You 8 years’ experience in a similar accounting role Strong background in construction or project-based environments (Tier 1 exposure highly regarded) Solid understanding of WIP, project costing and multi-entity structures Experience with ERP systems (JobPac highly regarded) Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Proven ability to manage and lead administrative teams Commercial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Why This Role?
