Lead enterprise learning for a major transformation initiative Design future‑focused upskilling and reskilling pathways 6-month Secondment Opportunity About the Role As Learning Manager, Claims & Customer Service Transformation, you will build and deliver learning plans that support the evolution of work. You will oversee end‑to‑end learning pathways that enable upskilling and reskilling at scale, ensuring solutions are practical, future‑focused, and aligned to business and capability priorities. Working closely with transformation leaders and subject matter experts, you will connect learning design to real performance and workforce outcomes. This is a 6-month Secondment opportunity. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain structured learning plans that respond to evolving requirements and capability gaps across the transformation program Oversee the design of end‑to‑end learning pathways that build skills progressively and support sustainable workforce transition Partner with business leaders and the project team to translate role evolution into clear, actionable learning journeys Lead a cross‑functional learning squad, coordinating inputs from learning designers, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders Monitor learning effectiveness and refine solutions based on feedback, outcomes, and changing business needs Provide clear reporting and insights that demonstrate learning impact and support informed decision‑making What You’ll Bring Experience designing learning plans and capability pathways within complex change or transformation programs Demonstrated ability to connect learning design to workforce strategy and future skill needs Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to influence capability and talent outcomes Experience leading cross‑functional teams or project squads without direct authority Strong planning and delivery discipline, with the ability to adapt in ambiguous and evolving environments A tertiary qualification in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent experience If you require any support or adjustments to participate equitably in our recruitment process or in the workplace, we encourage you to contact luke.morandini@suncorp.com.au for a confidential conversation.
