As a Motor Claims Specialist you will be responsible for managing and processing Heavy/Commercial Motor claims with a key focus on ensuring that claims are handled efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with company policies. You will also be: Investigating Heavy/Commercial claims thoroughly by gathering relevant information such as reports, images, and witness statements Liaising with clients, repairers, assessors, and other stakeholders to facilitate prompt resolution of claims Assessing policy coverage, liability, and loss extent to determine claim validity Negotiating settlements in a timely and fair manner Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all claims On Offer: Hybrid working arrangement Competitive salary Genuine professional development opportunities and career growth Being part of a supportive and collaborative work environment The chance to work with a reputable insurance company Ideally you will have: Proven experience in a similar role. Commercial and/or Heavy Motor claims ideal, though Domestic/Personal Motor claims experience will also be considered A customer-first attitude Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
