Estimator working on insurance repairs within Greater Sydney Estimator Repairs Builder I Sydney Permanent Role I Growing Organisation I Immediate Start Your new company is a well-established repair and reinstatement builder based in Sydney. This organisation is known for delivering high-quality insurance repair work across residential properties. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking a motivated Estimator to join their roaming site team. In your new role as an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the estimating function, working on a number of different repair projects ranging from $100 - $5M. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing repair scopes, reports, images, and documentation to prepare accurate estimates. Preparing quotations for insurance repair work using industry-standard estimating software. Liaising with supervisors, trades, and suppliers to confirm pricing and scope requirements. Maintaining internal systems and documentation to ensure estimates are delivered on time. Supporting the wider team with administrative estimating duties as required. What youll need to succeed Experience in estimating (insurance repairs, construction, or maintenance fields highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and confidence working with pricing and documentation Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders Proficiency with estimating programs (such as Prime) is advantageous.
