The Role Drive enterprise bargaining and workplace relations initiatives across the organisation. Provide advice on enterprise bargaining strategy, negotiations, and implementation Support the development of bargaining documentation, communications, and briefing materials Interpret enterprise agreement provisions, legislation, and APS workplace relations frameworks Provide trusted guidance to leaders on complex employee relations matters Assist with consultation processes with unions and employee representatives Contribute to the development and review of workplace relations policies and procedures Prepare high-quality briefing notes, reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholders The Ideal Person You are a skilled workplace relations professional who thrives on solving complex people challenges and providing clear, pragmatic advice. You are confident navigating enterprise agreements, legislation, and policy, and can translate these into practical solutions for leaders. Experienced in APS enterprise bargaining, you bring strong stakeholder engagement skills and can balance competing priorities with diplomacy and insight.
