HR Business Partner Location: Merrylands, NSW, Sydney Hours: 40 per week (Mon–Fri) Rate: $50–$60 per hour We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated HR Business Partner to join a busy team on a contract basis. This role requires a hands-on, “door-knocker” approach — someone ready to take initiative, drive recruitment efforts, and support key HR processes across the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment, including headhunting and talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Indeed, and other platforms. Support managers and staff across the business with HR initiatives, providing guidance and coaching on workplace issues (including sensitive conversations, handled professionally). Assist with employee engagement, onboarding, performance management, and HR process improvements. Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that support business growth and culture. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in headhunting and recruitment for diverse roles. Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRMs for talent management. Confident, proactive, and able to handle workplace conversations with tact. Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
