Blue Stampede have partnered with a an established local Civil and Maintenance company. To be successful for this great opportunity you must have 2 years of Maintenance & Civil Construction experience. This is a Perth Local position working on some of Perth Exciting Projects. About the Role: We are seeking candidates have roles available across the following environments: Civil Construction Sites Machine/Plant Operating Exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, and dust. Key Responsibilities: Assist with civil works including roads, bridges, trenching, and drainage Use hand and power tools in workshop and onsite settings Assist with repairs, installations, and maintenance Operate Plant and Machines (Excavators, Rollers, Skid Steers) Site preparation, material handling, and equipment movement Set up/dismantle temporary signage, barricades, and safety systems Maintain clean and hazard-free work areas Support general workshop activities including equipment setup and inventory handling Skills & Experience White Card (Construction Induction) – Mandatory Operate Plant and Machines (Excavators, Rollers, Skid Steers) HR licence and experience Certificate II or III in Civil Construction (preferred) Perth Airport Inductions (PAPL) - HIGHLY regarded Basic tool-handling skills or mechanical aptitude Previous experience in construction, mining, or workshop environments (preferred) Open Driver’s Licence – Required for most roles Physically fit, safety-focused, and reliable Ability to work as part of a team and take direction If you believe you possess the skills, experience, and attributes to be a strong asset to our client’s organisation, we would love to hear from you.
