Job Description What You’ll Do: Payroll Operations & Governance: Lead the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery. Manage UKG Workforce Management (Kronos) and One View systems, maintain payroll calendars and reconciliations, and partner with Finance to ensure strong governance, audit readiness, and data integrity. Total Rewards Strategy & Remuneration Reviews: Lead annual and ad-hoc remuneration review processes including planning, benchmarking, governance, and reporting. Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, fair, and well-informed remuneration and benefits decisions. Benefits & Recognition Programs: Manage and continuously improve employee benefits and recognition programs, ensuring effective administration, strong governance, and clear communication across the organisation. HR Operations & Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across HR administration, payroll, and people systems by simplifying processes, improving system utilisation, and maintaining clear procedures and governance controls. Data, Reporting & Insights: Maintain HR and payroll data integrity and produce regular reporting on payroll, remuneration, and benefits. Analyse trends and partner with HR and Finance to support data-driven insights and compliance reporting.
