Your opportunity You will build and maintain strong relationships with Anglicare’s Strategic Business Units (SBUs), acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT. You’ll position IT as a proactive partner in strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and shared success. With integrity and resilience, you will: Uplift engagement between IT and business units through strategic partnership Coordinate IT involvement in initiatives from concept to implementation Communicate essential IT information, including cyber security updates Identify IT capabilities that improve business outcomes Contribute to IT strategy, architecture, IT pipeline and governance What you’ll bring You are a strategic, collaborative relationship-builder who thrives in complex environments. You bring strong consulting and engagement experience, a passion for customer experience and care, and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions. You will also need: 5 years’ experience in consulting and stakeholder engagement in complex environments Proven experience driving collaboration across Business & IT teams Tertiary qualification in Business and/or IT or equivalent work experience Excellent and trusted communication, relationship-building and guiding skills Experience operating within fast evolving IT functions Ideally, you will also have: Experience working in aged care and/or health sectors Proven ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative analysis Experience of Agile, Design Thinking and Change Management best practices Why Anglicare?
