We are now looking for a Part time (4 days) People & Culture Partner to join our team, playing a pivotal role in shaping culture and fostering performance across our North Ryde Hospital. About the Role Reporting to the People & Culture Leader, this role is both operational and strategic supporting hospital leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, and enhance culture. You will also be part of our broader People & Culture team, working together to deliver group-wide initiatives across all SASH hospitals. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with leaders at North Ryde, providing insights and practical advice to drive team performance, engagement, and capability. Coaching leaders to improve effectiveness and manage complex workplace relations matters. Leading and championing SASH-wide initiatives, such as goal setting and performance review processes. Supporting cultural action plans that align with the SASH strategic plan. Delivering key capability programs and coaching leaders to embed learning in practice. Partnering with leaders on broader organisational change initiatives (operational and clinical). Collaborating with the wider P&C team (Workplace Relations, Talent Acquisition, People Connect) to ensure consistent, effective support across the network. About You We are looking for a true people partner who is passionate about culture, growth, and leadership. You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them to bring out the best in their teams while also championing the SASH values and behaviours. To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in a People & Culture partnering role supporting multiple stakeholders. Strong experience in managing complex ER matters across varied environments. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop leaders to drive performance and culture. Experience leading sustainable organisational change initiatives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels. Strong attention to detail combined with a strategic mindset. Ability to manage ambiguity and remain calm, productive, and solutions-focused. Relevant tertiary qualifications.
