From design through to completion and handover, we are able to supply, maintain and manage all aspects of projects works including, remedial works, capital works and expansion projects. We are seeking a Senior Planner Scheduler to join a long-term, large-scale Electrical project on a FIFO 8:6 roster. Based in the Karratha region, on the northwest coast of WA, this project involves significant electrical, instrumentation and control system upgrades, conveyor drive station upgrades and other infrastructure upgrades. THE ROLE As a Senior Planner Scheduler joining our existing team on a FIFO 8:6 roster for the remaining duration of the project (approximately 9 months), you will be responsible for: Working with Project Managers and Coordinators to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded level 4/5 project schedule Developing and maintaining detailed shutdown schedules Gathering and analysing information to prepare reports on the progress of project Supporting the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects, including curves, dashboards and daily/weekly/monthly reports Tracking of schedule delays and support of schedule related and extension of time claims Troubleshooting and monitoring potential scheduling issues Facilitating and participating in weekly schedule reviews Training of Supervisors, Superintendents & Project Manager to learn, or increase skills in, project scheduling company wide ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Degree or equivalent experience combination in project/construction management and/or engineering is highly desirable Minimum of 5 years project experience Experience using Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Excel is essential. Strong organisational, analytical, and writing skills, including understanding of functional and technical specifications Demonstrated facilitation skills, including the ability to motivate and influence others, build effective interpersonal relationships Able to foster and contribute to a positive and productive team environment Creative and innovative with assignments Able to embrace and participate in change initiatives A current Australian Drivers Licence IN RETURN You will be joining an existing team who will provide you with the onboarding and support to create a successful Linkforce career.
