Drive business growth by leveraging internal networks, industry knowledge, and your strong client relationships to secure new and repeat work. Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery as Project Director/Manager, including budgets, schedules, quality outcomes, and evaluation of project success. Inspire and develop others while collaborating with engaged technical leaders and specialist teams who are committed to helping you deliver exceptional outcomes. The autonomy, flexibility and support you need to balance all aspects of your life Here’s what you’ll bring to have impact: Significant experience in hydrology/water engineering or related fields, working in mining, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects. Skilled in leading technical hydrological and surface water investigations such as water balance studies, water quality assessment, integrated water resources management and surface water/stormwater management and risk assessments. Strong knowledge of local markets with the ability to identify opportunities in infrastructure, renewable energy, and mining sectors. Experienced in strategic business planning and collaborating across disciplines. Excellent project management, communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams. Registered Professional Engineer accredited or ability to become accredited is preferred.
