The Role This senior drafting role is focused on producing accurate, high quality technical drawings for multi-residential and project homes. Working closely with head office design teams, 90% of your role will be drafting with minimal design responsibility. Key responsibilities include Preparing architectural plans in ArchiCAD Reviewing engineering and proposal documentation Ensuring compliance with NCC, Building Regulations, and Australian Standards Collaborating with project managers and engineers Managing documentation across multiple projects, maintaining drawing accuracy, and supporting construction teams with clear, buildable plans. About You: Diploma in Drafting, Design, or a related field qualification 8 years’ experience in a volume home building environment Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential. You will have a strong understanding of NCC, Australian Standards, and building regulations, with multi-residential or project home experience highly advantageous. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and construction teams are essential.
