Now Avaana is making its next big bet. The corporate product is launching—bringing the same integrated platform their insurer partners rely on directly to mid-market and enterprise companies. Preventative wellbeing, early intervention, and injury management. All connected. All governed through the same practitioner network that's already proven. This is a genuinely new business area. What doesn't exist yet is the corporate sales function—and this role is the opportunity to own it. Why This Role? $80,000 base TBC OTE (contact Cameron Morgan for the full picture) Remote role across Australia Uncapped commission structure Fast hiring process Real upside: Genuine scope to grow a business unit as if it were your own What You'll Actually Do Self-generate pipeline into mid-market and enterprise companies (500–10,000 employees) Run discovery with HR Directors, CPOs, and WHS Managers—multi-stakeholder deals, multiple buying languages Navigate buying committees across HR, WHS, and Finance through complex sales cycles Build the playbook as you go—this is new territory, you're defining what works Fill strategic practitioner gaps where needed (~30% of time) Who This Suits You don't need healthcare sales experience. What matters is that you've sold complex, multi-stakeholder solutions before and you know how to build pipeline without someone handing it to you.
