About the Role Are you a technical expert in the printing industry who loves building relationships? We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to drive growth across our Anilox and Rubber Roller divisions. You won't just be selling products; you will be a solutions provider for Flexographic, Gravure, and Offset printers. You will spend your time on the production floor and in the boardroom, helping clients optimize their print quality, reduce downtime, and solve complex ink-transfer challenges. What You'll Do Technical Consulting: Audit client pressrooms to recommend the ideal Anilox cell geometries and rubber compounds for specific substrates. Relationship Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of Tier 1 packaging and printing accounts across Australia. New Business Development: Identify opportunities in emerging sustainable packaging and high-speed labelling markets. Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for technical issues, performing roller inspections and coordinating with our local manufacturing team. What We're Looking For Industry Experience: A solid background in the Printing or Packaging industry is non-negotiable. Whether you're a former Print Lead/Production Manager looking to move into sales, or an experienced industrial sales pro, you must understand the "shop floor." The "Technical" Edge: You understand variables like BCM (Billion Cubic Microns), LPI (Lines Per Inch), and the difference between EPDM and Nitrile rubber rollers. The "Sales" Drive: You are self-motivated, enjoy the "hunt" for new business, and have a track record of hitting targets.
