About this opportunity Reporting to Group General Manager Global Partnerships – PACT Group you will: Set goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives Research prospective accounts in target markets Build and manage pipeline Pursue leads and moving them through the sales cycle Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients Work to goals that are aligned to a successful delivery of the strategy Attend conferences and industry events Support in preparing the annual Sales budget (for new volume won) Your skills and experience To be successful in this role, you will: Drive growth with self-awareness and commitment to personal development Manage and making visible the opportunity pipeline Report on competitor activity Report on customers’ expectation of service standards and continue to develop the supplier partnership through collaboration and market intelligence Prepare and present detailed reporting and analysis on business activities, performance against targets and market and industry opportunities Be the customer "voice" within the business.
