We are currently hiring for two positions: a Full-Time Warehouse Storeperson and a Full-Time Sales Consultant. Both roles require prior experience in retail sales and the ability to work Saturdays. Both positions involve a mix of retail sales and warehouse operations, including manual handling tasks respectively. Prior experience in retail sales is advantageous and availability to work Saturdays being essential. What we offer: The opportunity to work with designer bathroom products and fittings On the job training Monthly staff bonus (based on KPI’s) Staff discount on product Immediate start The Opportunities: Warehouse Storeperson Picking and loading deliveries and pickups for customers Delivering orders to customers Receiving and unloading stock deliveries from suppliers Data entry, invoicing and receipt of stock Maintaining accurate stock records and data entry Cycle counts and stock takes Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner Assist customers with sales enquiries and product selection Sales Consultant Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner Assist customers with sales enquiries and product selection Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Design advice (where required) Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Assist with stock transfers and stock ordering Receipt of payment using the POS system Assist with damaged stock and warranty claims Answering phone Assist in the receipt of new shipments Pick/packing orders for customers Delivery of customer orders (as required) Skills & Experience Warehouse Storeperson Forklift License advantageous Driver’s License required Previous experience with sales and customer service Understanding of warehouse procedures, paperwork and computer programs Sales Consultant Proven working experience in retail sales Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Good level of computer literacy and MS applications Driven to meet sales targets with a proven record of exceeding Both Roles Strong attention to detail Reliable, hardworking and punctual Ability to build effective working relationships Solid communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality Ability to lift heavy objects Other Benefits Include: Unlimited access to the GO1 learning platform Discounts with hundreds of retailers through our HRIS platform 24/7 mental health and wellness support through Sonder This role requires a reliable, motivated individual who works well within a small team.
