About the role We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our talented culinary team at Mr Brightside', a leading restaurant in Caulfield South, VIC. As a Sous Chef, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef and ensuring the smooth running of our busy kitchen. This is a full-time position based in our modern, well-equipped kitchen.
