About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Service Administrator to join their growing Fire Service team. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day coordination of reactive maintenance, service administration, invoicing, quoting and client communication within a fast-paced service environment. Working across a shared team structure, this position will suit someone who enjoys variety, can manage multiple priorities at once and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities • Raise and process reactive maintenance jobs • Manage shared inboxes and prioritise incoming requests • Track repair works, defects and task completion • Generate and process maintenance invoicing accurately and on time • Convert approved quotes into active jobs • Process service reports and update internal systems • Maintain accurate job and client records • Assist with compliance-related administration • Support the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks About the Team The business has recently experienced significant growth across their service division, including expansion within government and compliance-based contracts. About You The successful candidate will demonstrate: • Previous experience within service administration, service coordination or maintenance support • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail • Confidence managing a busy workload in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn systems quickly • Experience with Uptick and/or Xero highly regarded • Exposure to fire services, trades, facilities or compliance-based industries advantageous This role would suit someone looking to join a stable and growing business where they can continue developing their career long term.
