About the Role Join a growing team as an Educational Leader or 2iC (Second-in-Charge). We are looking for someone who can inspire, mentor, and support educators, while fostering a positive learning culture for children, families, and colleagues. You will: Float between rooms, supporting educators in programming and pedagogy Receive a minimum of 8 hours per week non-contact time for office-based responsibilities Work closely with the Head of Education and Quality and other Educational Leaders across Thrive Key Responsibilities: Support educators to assess and document children’s learning and development in line with EYLF and Thrive Curriculum Mentor educators to critically reflect on their practice Maintain positive relationships with all team members and parents Uphold strong work values and lead by example What We’re Looking For: Bachelor of Teaching (or equivalent) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Current NSW Employee Working With Children Check Strong understanding of EYLF & NQS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer and technology skills Ready to Join Thrive?
