About the Role As Centre Leader, you’ll lead your team with integrity, confidence, and a strong commitment to quality. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, support your educators, engage families, and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF). Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of passionate educators Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth, compliant, and high-quality practices Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community Manage enrolments, occupancy, budgets, and staffing Maintain high standards in educational programming and regulatory compliance What We’re Looking For; Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQS, EYLF, and Regulations) Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection & Asthma/Anaphylaxis training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a difference Why Thrive?
