About the Role As a trainee, you will join a supportive and passionate team dedicated to creating safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Your daily responsibilities will include: Supporting play-based learning and group activities Assisting with children’s routines, including hygiene, meals, and rest Building strong relationships with children, families, and your team Learning and applying the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Observing and reflecting on children’s development and learning journeys Why Start Your Career Here?
