Work alongside a passionate team, receive dedicated mentorship, and earn a nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. About the Role As a trainee, you will join a supportive team and play a vital role in creating safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Your daily responsibilities will include: Supporting play-based learning and group activities Assisting with children’s routines including hygiene, meals, and rest Building strong relationships with children, families, and your team Learning and applying the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Observing and reflecting on children’s development and learning journeys Why Start Your Career Here?
