Job Overview We’re seeking an experienced C&E Operations Manager to lead front-of-house operations across a busy Conferencing & Events division. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sets standards, leads from the front, and delivers consistently high-quality food and beverage service across conferences and events of all sizes. The Role Oversee day-to-day C&E FOH operations Lead, train, and develop a high-performing service team Ensure exceptional guest experience and service delivery Conduct function briefings and manage event execution Work closely with Kitchen, Sales, and Event teams Maintain food safety, WHS, and operational compliance Control labour, costs, and service efficiency Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers About You Proven experience in conferencing, events, hotels, or large hospitality venues Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability Commercially minded with a passion for service Calm, confident, and hands-on.
