The business provides end-to-end project delivery, covering feasibility, cost planning, design coordination and construction management, ensuring streamlined execution and client-focused outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities Lead and independently manage projects with support from an experienced design team Collaborate on larger-scale projects alongside fellow designers Conduct client briefings and develop design concepts, sketches, plans, elevations, and mood imagery Prepare detailed documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance Participate in site visits and live project collaboration to ensure designs translate effectively into built environments About You 3–5 years’ experience in interior design, ideally within a D&C environment (not mandatory) Passion for workplace design with a strong eye for detail and quality Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach Ability to contribute creatively while developing your skillset in a supportive team culture Experience with REVIT or ArchiCAD Benefits Flexible work arrangement, including one day working from home Clear and structured career development pathways Collaborative and supportive team environment Full exposure to projects from initial concept through to completion On-site involvement to build practical, real-world design experience How to Apply Please click ‘Apply Now’ below with your CV addressed to Annabel Pease.
