We are seeking a talented interior documenter to join an award winning architectural and interiors team in Sydney. This candidate would have 5 years relevant experience in documentation and is proficient in Revit across Residential projects. The successful candidate will join a passionate creative team working on a broad range of interesting projects including workplace, commercial, residential and hospitality projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare, develop, edit and maintain documentation under the guidance of the project leader Seek to understand the project design strategy and ensure design intent is maintained throughout project lifecycle Assist in the coordination of documentation with internal and external consultants Communicate clearly and collaborate with the project team identifying project challenges and opportunities including detailing and documentation solutions Develop, where required, representations of design options for further discussion by design team Apply some understanding of relevant regulatory and authority controls and know when to apply them.
