Be part of a globally recognised defence program Gain hands-on experience in compliance and logistics operations Work in a structured, professional environment Build valuable skills in documentation, coordination and supply chain support Your responsibilities will include: What You’ll Be Doing Preparing and checking shipping and export documentation Maintaining accurate records for equipment movements Supporting freight bookings and tracking shipments Working closely with internal logistics and export teams Ensuring paperwork meets compliance and policy requirements Assisting Field Service Representatives with admin support tasks Updating systems and spreadsheets with shipment and supply data You’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role making sure everything is documented correctly and compliant — because when it comes to defence logistics, details matter. About you: Previous Defence supply chain /international trade/ logistics, and or freight bookings and tracking shipments experience Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies A methodical, organised approach to your work Experience using SAP or similar enterprise systems (highly regarded) Solid experience using Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow processes and work within clear guidelines Interest in logistics, compliance, administration or defence environments Desirable Experience in logistics or regulated environments is great — but not essential. What matters most is your accuracy, reliability and willingness to learn.
