Your responsibilities will include: As a Logistics Management Analyst, you’ll be the primary supply chain liaison for Australian F-35 internal and external stakeholders and strategic partners. You’ll act as the key point of contact for F-35 logistical services, ensuring seamless freight coordination, compliance, and documentation integrity. From preparing export documentation to coordinating international freight movements, you will ensure critical F-35 equipment moves efficiently, compliantly, and on time — every time. What You’ll Be Doing Managing end-to-end F-35 freight bookings (multi-modal, domestic & international) Preparing and reviewing export documentation for compliance with policy and permits Coordinating with Export/Import teams to ensure regulatory adherence Supporting Logistics Field Service Representatives with ad hoc taskings and supply chain troubleshooting Leading and guiding stakeholder meetings to support Global Transportation integration Establishing and maintaining robust shipment registration and record-keeping systems Analysing logistics data and developing metrics to enhance performance Contributing to Performance Based Logistics outcomes and supply chain optimisation About you: What you bring: Substantial experience across Supply Chain Logistics and Warehouse Inventory Management Strong knowledge of Performance Based Logistics and supply chain performance frameworks Demonstrated expertise in international freight and multi-modal logistics Exceptional attention to detail and compliance-driven mindset Advanced Microsoft Office skills Proven experience in accurate record keeping and documentation control Strong analytical capability and experience developing logistics metrics Substantial experience across Supply Chain Logistics and Warehouse Inventory Management Highly Regarded Defence supply chain, international trade or logistics experience Knowledge of SAP systems Experience working in highly regulated industries (aviation preferred) IATA Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials certification Strong Export/Import and Incoterms knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills Special Requirements: Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
