This is an ideal role for an experienced PM who enjoys variety and supporting a wider team. Responsibilities Supporting the property management team across multiple portfolios Providing cover during annual leave, sick leave, and court attendance Offering individual support to Property Managers when additional help is required Assisting with portfolio management tasks as needed At times, supporting the inspections team and the director with ad hoc tasks Ensuring legislative compliance and best-practice property management standards Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants This role suits an experienced Property Manager who is adaptable, reliable, and confident stepping into different portfolios when required. You enjoy helping others succeed and take pride in maintaining high service standards across the board. You will have: 2 years’ experience in residential property management Current WA Property Management Registration Valid WA driver’s licence Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities A proactive, team-first mindset and passion for the industry If you have the required experience, please apply below.
