The business is led by the previous Director of one of Western Australia's largest strata management companies, who established his own firm and has since built a highly successful and respected practice within the WA strata market. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Strata Manager looking to further develop their career within a supportive boutique environment with manageable workloads and strong systems in place . The Role You will support the management of a small residential portfolio consisting of: 12 residential schemes Approximately 300 lots in total 12 AGMs per year Your responsibilities will include: Providing high-level strata management services to a small portfolio of residential properties Preparing for and attending AGMs, Extraordinary General Meetings and Council meetings (12 AGMs per year) Liaising with owners, tenants and contractors Overseeing asset integrity including physical, financial and compliance with industry regulations Assisting with the day-to-day management and administration of schemes This role offers exposure across the full breadth of strata management while working within a collaborative team environment.
