As a Project Manager in our Real Estate team, we are looking for you to be part of a high performing team, have a commercial focus and balance working across major projects. Manage large scale projects as a key member in our project team Developing strong working relationships and integrate with the Clients project team Encourage a positive culture within the project team Manage the inputs for the Clients feasibility, due diligence and planning phases Manage the design process to achieve the client's brief and manage stakeholder expectations Manage the construction and commissioning phases on-site and provide technical expertise required by the Clients commercial team Manage project timelines, risks and reporting Managing project budgets and working within the Clients financial framework and processes Highly developed problem solving skills Manage project safety and environmental requirements Drive projects to successful completion
