Water Treatment Service Technician - Mining FIFO Perth to Kalgoorlie | 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off | Accommodation Provided We are seeking a motivated, reliable Water Treatment Service Technician to join our growing operations in the Goldfields. This is a FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) position operating from Perth to Kalgoorlie on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster. This is a field-based role travelling to mine sites across the Goldfields region to deliver hands-on service, maintenance, and technical support. Accommodation is provided while on roster. This position is ideal for someone mechanically minded who may be looking for a career change. No prior water treatment or chemical experience is required — full training will be provided to the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Travel to mine sites throughout the Goldfields region to carry out service, maintenance, and support activities Liaise directly with site personnel to ensure a high standard of service delivery Complete clear, accurate service and compliance reports Assist with installation and commissioning of chemical dosing equipment Support troubleshooting, optimisation, and ongoing system performance Work safely and independently in a mining environment What We're Looking For Mechanically minded with strong mechanical aptitude (trade background preferred but not essential) No experience required in water treatment — training provided for the right person Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately Ability to work independently and as part of a team Current and valid full medical and drug & alcohol clearance (or ability to obtain) Must be Perth-based and willing to work a 2:1 FIFO roster What We Offer $100,000 - $110,000 base salary bonuses 2:1 FIFO roster (Perth to Kalgoorlie) Accommodation provided while on site Fully serviced mine-spec ute with tools of the trade Company phone and laptop provided Comprehensive on-the-job training and mentoring Supportive team environment with long-term career development opportunities If you're safety-focused, practical, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking to build a long-term career in mining services , we'd love to hear from you.
