SNR CA / CONTRACTS MANAGER $50M Live Venue Redevelopment A landmark $50M live venue redevelopment is set to transform one of the Gold Coast’s most recognised entertainment destinations — and we’re seeking a commercially astute Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager to join the delivery team. This is a complex refurbishment and redevelopment within a live environment, requiring strong commercial discipline, stakeholder coordination and detailed contract management expertise. This role will suit an experienced CA ready to step into a CM-level position, or an established Contracts Manager who thrives on technically challenging builds.
