You’ll work closely with experienced development leadership, providing strong mentorship and hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle. This role would suit someone looking to transition from a builder environment into the development space, or an Assistant Project Manager / Development Coordinator wanting to take the next step and gain exposure across the full development lifecycle. The business operates with a collaborative team structure, allowing junior team members to gain hands-on exposure across multiple projects and development stages. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting project delivery across planning, approvals and construction phases Coordinating consultants and assisting with project documentation management Assisting with consultant and stakeholder coordination across project stages Monitoring programme milestones and assisting with project reporting Assisting with certification, compliance and approvals coordination Supporting multiple developments as they progress through the project pipeline What You Bring 3–6 years’ experience within construction or property development Exposure to residential or mixed-use projects highly regarded Strong organisation, communication and coordination skills A proactive mindset and willingness to learn within a developer environment If you're looking to step into a developer-side Junior Project Manager role and gain exposure across the full development lifecycle, I’d welcome a confidential discussion.
