A leading organisation is implementing a new procurement system and is seeking an experienced Change Manager to guide stakeholders through a smooth transition. This part-time role (24 hours per week) offers a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of office and WFH. About the Role: You will lead the change management stream of the project, ensuring that change activities are well-planned, communicated, and adopted across office and school environments. The focus is on minimising disruption, improving readiness, and supporting end users through clear communication and effective training. Key Responsibilities: Deliver change planning, impact assessments, communications, and readiness activities Engage stakeholders and manage resistance throughout the transition Coordinate training materials and sessions Track progress and provide updates to the project team Identify and mitigate change-related risks About You: 3-5 years of experience in change management Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR (highly desirable) Ability to work collaboratively within a project team If you're a proactive Change Manager who enjoys guiding organisations through transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
