What You'll Do Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and ongoing optimisation of our inventory management system Prioritise and manage the product backlog to deliver streamlined, user-friendly solutions for venues, Finance, and F&B Configure and maintain the platform to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability Lead supplier onboarding, price file management, and system setup for new venues Deliver accurate, timely reporting on sales, COS%, stock movement, variances, and pricing discrepancies Partner closely with POS, Finance, and operational teams to improve workflows and reduce manual processes Act as the primary product contact, managing vendor relationships and platform enhancements Identify data inconsistencies and drive corrective action, training, and process improvements Facilitate stakeholder workshops, system training, and feedback sessions Champion continuous improvement to enhance user experience and operational performance What You've Got Experience in product management, inventory systems, or venue operations (Fourth highly regarded) Strong understanding of inventory control, COS%, supplier pricing, and stock processes Ability to turn business needs into clear priorities, roadmaps, and deliverables Confidence managing stakeholders, vendors, and competing priorities Sharp analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and reporting integrity Clear, influential communication and a collaborative working style Detail-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset Proactive, ability to work autonomously, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders A burning desire to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business!
