The Role We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive scalable, multi-lever growth across Microba’s digital platform and product ecosystem. You will optimise performance across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and monetisation, using data, experimentation and commercial insight to deliver measurable impact. Partnering closely with engineering, science and commercial teams, you will ensure high-quality execution aligned to growth objectives and regulatory standards. About You 5 years’ experience in product management, ideally within digital platforms Proven track record delivering measurable growth outcomes Strong analytical and commercial capability Experience running experimentation programs and interpreting performance data Confident influencing stakeholders in cross-functional environments Comfortable operating in regulated or scientifically rigorous settings Why Join?
