Job details About the Client A leading global manufacturer and supplier of fertilizers this company supports agricultural, mining and industrial sectors with innovative, sustainable solutions. What you will be doing: Working as a procurement & contracts specialist you will be responsible for providing end-to-end sourcing, contracting and contract administration across Tier 13 contractor packages and capital project procurement. During the planning and pre-award phases, you will execute RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, manage prequalification and evaluation activities, lead commercial negotiations and prepare recommendations for award. You will draft, negotiate and execute contracts, statements of work and variations, while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and governance requirements. Your role will also involve validating daily and weekly cost reporting (CWSR/CDSR), managing variations and emergent works, tracking KPIs and supporting corrective actions where required. You will maintain procurement dashboards, progress trackers and contribute to finance and project controls reporting. At close-out, you will support final invoicing, performance reviews, SAP close-out actions and ensure all records are archived in line with governance standards. The role requires close collaboration with senior procurement leaders, turnaround managers, HSE, legal, finance and external contractors to ensure safe and commercially sound project delivery. What you will need: Minimum 5 years experience in procurement and contract administration within turnarounds, shutdowns, mining, chemicals or heavy industry Proven end-to-end sourcing experience (RFI/RFQ/RFP), evaluation management and commercial negotiation Strong contract drafting, execution and administration experience, including variations, emergent scope and KPI management Experience working with SAP (P2P) and strong MS Office/Excel capability Strong understanding of governance, procurement policies and compliance frameworks Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships across HSE, IR/ER, Legal, Finance and Project Controls Strong communication and organisational skills Willingness to travel to PHOS and ISA sites and work execution rosters, including weekends where required What s in it for you: Play a key role in delivering major programs within a high-performing industrial environment Exposure to Tier 13 contractor management and large-scale capital procurement Work alongside senior procurement and supply chain leaders to assist with career coaching and growth.
