We are now seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to join our high-performing team in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD. The Opportunity As Land Development Project Manager, you will assist in managing developments from early-stage concept and planning through to delivery and settlement. You will: Take ownership of distinct elements of the design, planning, and delivery process Assist in preparing detailed design briefs aligned with the vision for each project Support project tendering, including preparation, review, and negotiation with contractors and consultants Assist in managing consultants, contractors, and stakeholder engagement Support negotiations with relevant authorities and external stakeholders Maintain registers of completed contracts and post-sale contractual obligations Respond to client, sales agent, and building consultant queries efficiently, providing clear updates through to resolution Support strong customer service from conversion of sale through to settlement This role requires structure, foresight, and the ability to manage complexity while maintaining momentum. About You You are structured, commercially minded, and take genuine ownership of outcomes. You don’t wait to be chased. You anticipate, follow through, and hold yourself to a high standard. You will bring: 5 – 7 years’ experience in land development, civil construction, property development, or a related project environment Demonstrated experience supporting or managing medium to large-scale developments Strong understanding of planning processes, authority approvals, and contractor engagement Experience reviewing tenders, scopes, contracts, and consultant documentation Sound commercial acumen with the ability to monitor budgets, variations, and timelines Excellent stakeholder management skills — including councils, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and disciplined follow-through A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure Most importantly, you align with our values of humility, honesty, excellence, and continuous improvement, and you embrace accountability in everything you do.
