Job details About Our Client Our client is a leading civil and mining contractor delivering large-scale earthworks and infrastructure projects across Australia. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality, they are seeking experienced Excavator, Grader, and Dozer Operators to join their high-performing team. What you will be doing Operating Excavators, Graders, and Dozers on site Performing bulk earthworks, final trim, and general civil works Working across large-scale projects in a production environment Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance of equipment Following site safety procedures and contributing to a safe work environment Working to production targets and project timelines What you will need Proven experience operating Excavators, Graders, or Dozers Relevant RII tickets and VOCs (or ability to obtain) Strong understanding of civil or mining environments Ability to work 12-hour shifts across day and night rotations Commitment to safety and following site procedures Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Whats in it for you? 2:1 roster (7 days / 1 off, 6 nights / 7 off) 12-hour shifts (day and night shift rotation) DIDO Ongoing opportunities on major projects Competitive hourly rates Camp and meals provided (site dependent) About WorkPac WorkPac is one of the largest workforce solutions businesses in Australia, backed by over 25 years of proven success.
